The contract for sale is concluded in English.
The present General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising out of the online sales of products offered on the site belonging to berlinetta. Although the site is aimed at all the world, berlinetta provides all its services from Belgium, and the contract between the parties will be deemed to be performed in Belgium, dispatching to different countries.
